  • Customer Ratings: Sellers are expected to maintain positive feedback. A consistent pattern of negative reviews may result in account review or suspension.
  • Policy Compliance: Violations of this policy, including listing prohibited items, fraudulent activity, or failure to fulfill orders, may result in penalties, including removal of listings, account suspension, or legal action.

7. Intellectual Property and Brand Protection

  • Original Products: Sellers must have the legal right to sell all listed items. Do not list counterfeit, knock-off, or unlicensed products.
  • Brand Usage: Do not misuse BestFindStores.com’s branding, logos, or trademarks in your listings or external promotions without written permission.

8. Prohibited Activities

  • Shill Bidding or Fake Reviews: Manipulating prices or reviews through fake accounts or coordinated efforts is strictly prohibited.
